About the Artwork
The purples across the face speak of bruises, humiliation, and emotional collapse. The deep red on her mouth becomes a wound screaming without words. Ochres, blacks, and earth tones build a suffocating atmosphere where silence feels heavier than sound itself.
The expressionist brushstrokes remain broken, tense, and raw, allowing emotion to dominate over perfection. “Nadia” exists between fragility and resistance — a visual testimony to invisible pain.
