ELEPHANT: Balloon War

🟠 EMOTIONAL INTRODUCTION:
A young elephant stands on a suspended island, holding a balloon in its trunk as the sky fills with spheres and hot-air balloons floating by as if competing for air.
It is a scene that vibrates between tenderness and conflict, between innocence and contained strength.
This painting was born from the desire to represent paradox: greatness confronted with lightness, war fought not with weapons but with symbols of air.

🧠 CREATIVE PROCESS:
Made with mixed media (oil and acrylic) on a 40 × 50 cm professional canvas, I worked in layers of color to achieve the strength of the elephant and the vibration of the sky.
Acrylic provides dynamism and freshness, while oil maintains the density and depth of the forms.
Each balloon was painted as a small floating universe, contrasting with the solid mass of the animal.
